What this website collects

Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no trackers or advertising pixels, and has no forms, accounts or sessions. Fonts are served from our own infrastructure rather than a third-party CDN, so no external service sees your visit.

There is therefore no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes — if we add analytics, for example — this notice changes with it, and the date above moves.

Server and infrastructure logs

Serving a website means receiving requests, and the infrastructure in front of this site records ordinary request metadata: IP address, timestamp, the page requested, and the browser’s user-agent string. We use it to operate the site, diagnose faults, and defend against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure and functioning website.

These logs are not used to build a profile of you, are not combined with anything else, and are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.

If you contact us

When you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, your address, and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and, if it leads somewhere, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep correspondence while it is relevant to the enquiry or our business relationship, and for as long afterwards as we are required to.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own purposes. The only parties who process it on our behalf are the providers of the infrastructure and email systems we use to run the company. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

International transfers

HashedLab LLC is a United States company, and the infrastructure we operate may process data outside your country. Where personal data is transferred out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses where they apply.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or comparable laws: to know what we hold about you, to obtain a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we relied on it. We do not sell or share personal information in the sense those statutes use, so there is nothing to opt out of.

If you are in the EEA or the UK and are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

Children

This site is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this notice changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
